Recovery
A rectangular power cell measuring 64 × 31 × 7 mm was recovered from an electronic waste stream after a recycler reported that a discarded prototype board remained powered after all visible batteries had been removed.
Testing
The cell produces stable direct current across a wide range of loads. Non-destructive imaging reveals layered internal structures but no chemical reservoir consistent with measured output. Energy accounting has not produced a validated explanation.
Destructive testing is suspended. Earlier micro-sampling altered output for seventeen minutes and produced a burst of broadband electromagnetic noise detected at two independent facilities.
Strategic concern
VEIL's primary question is provenance. Tool marks indicate industrial manufacture rather than a singular natural object. If White Cell is one manufactured component, a supply chain or technical ecosystem may exist outside current knowledge.
The device is protected as evidence rather than treated as a threat in itself.
